What is the best way to get my ex boyfriend back?

Hey says he cares about me, loves me, misses me but he also says at this point we both need to work on making ourselves happy individually. I understand what he is saying, and I’m working on it, but it would still be cool to have some sort of guarantee from him that in the future we can try again…I do love him, and miss him very badly. Does this sound like a case of “He’s Just Not That Into You”? Or do I just move on and keep him in my heart and keep faith that if you love someone set them free…if it’s meant to be they will come back? People close to me try and make me feel better by telling me that he doesn’t deserve me and I will find someone better, but honestly, I’m tired of hearing that, it makes me feel worse. I’ve moved on from seeming pathetic and needy and begging (big mistake on my part), but I still miss him/love him. Right now, he’s not talking to me at all, although I haven’t really tried to call him/email him lately.

we are discussing getting married about 1 year from now but I haven’t told her I’m only legally separated. The reason for legal separation was to allow my ex-wife & my 2 kids to get health insurance. Not because I would ever think of going back to my ex-wife. But the health insurance is going to expire soon anyway so there’s going to be no further need for the legal separation status. A full divorce makes more sense.
I believe in California I can convert the legal separation to a full divorce in just a few months.

Should I explain all the legal details to my gf or just handle the divorce details on my own? The problem is also that her English is very poor & I might not be able to explain it well enough. She is extremely jealous and will think something bad, like I’m thinking of going back to my ex or something. Or something else negative, I think. Whereas I see it as a divorce with a different name for pragmatic purposes.

If I should disclose everything how would I do it gently?
I did the legal separation to keep my ex-wife & kids health insurance going. Not to get new insurance. So I was doing it for their benefit not my own. Otherwise, I’d have gotten the full divorce. I see it as a full divorce with a loophole that allows insurance to continue. But, of course, you can’t get remarried. Damned if I do, damned if I don’t.

My gf does know there are still some legal issues with my divorce, but she doesn’t know all the legal details.

Me and my girlfriend were going out for 5 years. I am 22 now and she is 21 so I understand that we are both very young. Last year she moved to France to spend a year on erasmus and my feelings for her just got stronger and stronger but the whole distance thing was not helping us. when I went over in january we had a huge argument over something stupid. we broke up at the end of march and I was devestated. She has been through a lot though because one of her friends died and soon after her aunt died also and college wa snot going well for her.

My ex-boyfriend kissed another girl while we were dating.?

So me and my ex-boyfriend, Kyle, dated for about a year, until I found out that he’s kissed another girl one morning. I found out the day it happened, and the day he did he was acting really weird around me. He wouldn’t even barely touch me, and he had this strange look on his face, but he wouldn’t tell me what was wrong. So later that day I had a fight with my mom, and I had winterdrumline practice that night. So I came to practice in a crappy mood, only to find out from my best friend that Kyle had kissed one of my ex-friends in the library that morning. Of course, I cried…a lot. And I called him right after practice and he admitted to it, and I broke up with him, and he cried…a lot. He never cries. I swear. It’s been months and months since that happened, and he still tells me he loves me and wants to get back with me. And funny enough, I feel the same way. I just don’t know what to do. I’m scared that if I get back with him, people will think I’m crazy. But for some reason, I miss him so much! He was my first boyfriend, my first love, and blah blah blah. I don’t know what to do.

Wife and I are getting divorced. She has this friend that she’s been hanging out with and I know they are more than that. Both of our names are on the lease for the apt. But I am the one paying for practically everything. The two people she said could stay there until their other place was ready are a 16 year old and a 35 year old grown man. How unfair am I being?

After 9 years I have decided to take my ex-husband back to court for a child support review. We split up in 2000 and until 2002 when our divorce was final, I did not ask for child support. He helped me here and there but no steady amount was ever asked for by me. When our divorce was final in 2002 I agreed to lower the original request for child support by $200 because he said he didn’t think he could afford what was being required. I had no problem with that as long as he stayed in his son’s life. Over the past 2 years he left his current job and fell behind $5000. I asked him to pay me what he could when he could to catch up. He would give me some here and there but really made no effort of it. To keep the peace I didn’t make a big stink about it but sometimes felt taken advantage of because he would tell me, “Oh…I bought such and such and i know it was money I could have given you but we (him and his new family) really wanted it.” I never said anything. I have had no child support from him since October 2008 because of a change in jobs so I decided to get the ball rolling and let the Attorney General know that he had changed jobs and request what he was behind. The Attorney General just sent us both letters confirming what is owed and that I have a right to a review of his child support order. When I brought it up the first words out of his mouth were, “Why are you doing this? You know you are wrong.” Am I being wrong? He asked me to let us work something out without the courts but I told him, “I’ve given you nearly 3 years to catch up on what you were behind and you rarely gave it the effort. What would be any different now? I’m not asking for a huge amount. Maybe the $200 way back in 2002 that was cut out originally. He makes double what he was making back then and not once have I asked more of him. Am I being unfair?

Our “friendship” is now “civil” – what happened? Are we not friends anymore?

I‘ve had a friend I‘ve known since I was in HS. Didn’t go to the same school but lived close to each other. Now, being in our 20′s…I feel like we’ve grown apart and she’s lost respect for me. My dad KNEW right off the bat she was an insecure, jealous one who would screw me over but I didn’t listen, I was too nice. She’s always tried to “up” herself when around me. I‘m a nice girl and an open to ppl i like. For ex: i was scared about something and she says, “OMG i‘m a year younger than you and i‘m soo much more mature than you!” :/
I opened up to her the more I knew her and I‘ve learned through the years, she can‘t be trusted. I was stupid and still continued to confide in her. Everytime I would say something about personal, she would tell random ppl or mutual friends and If I had the balls to confront her, she would either lie about it or make it seem like it’s not a bad thing and I “overreacted”. If i would mention a guy was cute, she would exaggerate to the guy and make it seem i was “in love” with him. I was goin through a bad time w. a close guy friend and I was not myself. I‘m usually strong willed and secure but I turned insecure fr. the situation. Turns out she knew the whole time and her “hints” and naggy, bossy attitude, and “omg, just stop being friends him, he’s so ugly” didn’t help me. For someone who gossips so much, she decided to “stay out of it” this time…don’t know why.

When i found out the truth, I slowly was gaining my self esteem and security back. I‘m more confident and strong willed than ever. I simpley asked her about tellin my business (w. this guy i was getting to know at that time) and she lied and got mad at me. The only time we ever hung out was when she needed to gossip. I kept my distance. She msg’d me in June saying, “omg i miss you so much! I‘m done w. classes so we need to hang out and play!” I RE, “sure let me know when you wanna hang” and since then, we’ve haven’t talked or hung out. Saw her at a family party and she looked almost “blah” to see me – not mad or sad…just “blah”. I was polite and asked how she was and that was it. She’s civil w. me and that’s it. I don’t feel guilty but just bad it had to “end” this way. I don’t like drama and conflict but that’s life

OH! and she wasn’t all too bad – we gave each other rides when we needed to, had some good laughs, invited me to hang out, paid for each other, and actually started drama w. that guy in defense for me (i didn’t agree w. that) but I guess all those things canceled out. AND **** I didn’t “officially” end a friendship w. her…either she decided not to text anymore or she’s heard gossip about me or her that have “ended” it

I divorced my ex-husband because he took my vehicle that I drive to work, and sold it. He has done many things in the past, but selling my vehicle was the last straw. My parents paid for my divorce because they would help me get another car if I divorce him. The only problem was, he told me a lie that he hasn’t signed the divorce papers yet, so we made love before the divorce was finalized. When the divorce was finalized, I found out I was pregnant. My ex-husband begged for me back after finding out and took care of me while pregnant. I ended up in the hospital in July 2005 because I was paralyzed with the way my mother was pulling me in one direction and my ex-husband was pulling me in another direction.
